Day 2: Vegetables

  • Breakfast: 1 large potato or corn kernel or 2 small / bowl of peas.

  • Lunch: A large bowl of cabbage soup

  • Evening: 2-3 medium cherry tomatoes.

  • Dinner: 1 glass of broccoli

  • Breakfast at bedtime: a cup of cucumber.
